  As an Indonesian living in the UK, I am eager to introduce Indonesian cuisine to this country. Indonesia, being an archipelagic nation, boasts a plethora of natural products and diverse culinary delights. With over 6,000 culinary wonders from 17,000 islands, Indonesia's richness and diversity often go unnoticed. In the "International Tasting" series, I introduce Indonesian cuisine through cooking, recipes, and the experience of sharing food with anyone willing to try it. Additionally, I offer cooking classes for those interested in learning Indonesian culinary techniques.
